The Department of Veteran s Affairs will solicit for vendors capable to provide On-Site surgical medical equipment maintenance and repair for the W.G. (Bill) Hefner VA Medical Center in Salisbury, NC.... The Department of Veteran s Affairs will solicit for vendors capable to provide On-Site surgical medical equipment maintenance and repair for the W.G. (Bill) Hefner VA Medical Center in Salisbury, NC. The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform on-site surgical medical equipment maintenance and repair as defined in the Performance Work Statement, PWS, except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. Service must be done in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal guidelines. A request for quote, RFQ, will be issued on or around Wednesday, December 20, 2023. Period of Performance is for one base year plus four, 4, option years to begin December 29, 2023. To be eligible for award, the prospective contractor must be registered in SAM database at http://www.sam.gov and comply with the Evaluation for Basis of Award. If you are an SDVOSB, VOSB or small business and plan on subcontracting, please provide a plan to show how your company will provide 51% of the work being performed.
