The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO) is conducting Market Research to find qualified manufactures and distributors, registered under NAICS code 334516; with size standard of 1,000 employees, capable of supplying PRC viral testing. Â This requirement will consist of the following: BRAND NAME OR EQUAL TO: Cobas 6800 systems and respective assays DECRIPTIONÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â QTYÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â AMOUNTÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Instrument Cabas 6800 01 Key salient characteristics: The instrument, supplies, and consumables utilized will perform HCV viral load, HIV viral load, HPV, HPV Genotype, Hep B Viral Load, CT/NG, Bacterial Vaginosis and COVID-19 testing. The instrument will be the best value and technically acceptable instrument for primary HPV testing for GYN samples collected with current PreservCyt (Thinprep) methodology used for evaluation of disease states such as, but not limited to, HPV and cervical cancer at the Richmond VA Medical Center. This requirement may be subject to the non-manufacturer rule. If the contractor can provide the above items, the contractor shall provide a letter from the large or small business manufacturer stating that they are an authorized distributor/licenser of their products. Failure to submit an authorized distributor letter shall result in the product(s) potentially offered to be considered grey market and shall not be considered technically acceptable.
