This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Solicitation, 36C24624Q0052, will be issued on or about 19 October 2023. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Hampton VA Medical, Hampton, VA has a requirement for Special Stain for the Richmond VA Medical Center, Richmond Virginia.  Contractor shall provide histochemistry Special Stainer for Special Stains must be an automated, tabletop model.
