This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. The (RFQ) Request for Quote under Solicitation 36C24624Q0048 will be issued on or about October 16, 2023. The Department of Veterans Affairs has a requirement for the ARES Emergency Care Manikin for Charles George VA Medical Center, 1100 Tunnel Road, Asheville NC 28805.  Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and delivery necessary for the ARES Emergency Care Manikin. Period of Performance will be for a Base requirement. .      This acquisition is Unrestricted, Full and Open. The applicable NAICS Code is 339113 with a size standard of 800 employees.
