The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified businesses with special interest in seeking VA certified Service-Disabled Veteran owned Business (SDVOSB); Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) and Small Business for small business concerns. No solicitation is being issued currently. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. This is a VHA Directive requirement for the facility to obtain equipment. Milk, whole, fresh, pasteurized, homogenized Vitamin A and D fortified, 1/2 pint container, Type 1 Class 1, 11,500 each Milk, low fat (2% milk fat) fresh, homogenized, pasteurized, Vitamin A and D fortified, 1/2 pint container, 24,000 each Milk, skim, nonfat (less than 0.5% milk fat), fresh, milk solids added, homogenized and pasteurized, Vitamin A and D fortified, 1/2 pint container, 15,000 each Milk, chocolate flavor, 1% and 2% milk fat, fresh, homogenized, pasteurized, Vitamin A and D fortified, 1/2 pint container, 2,500 each If the contractor can provide the above items, the contractor shall provide a letter from the manufacturer stating they are an authorized distributor/licenser of their products. Failure to submit an authorized distributor letter shall result in the product(s) potentially offered to be considered grey market and shall not be considered technically acceptable.
