PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Boiler Plant Gate & Fence Repair The Department of Veterans Affairs, Salem, Virginia has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials and supervision necessary to completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for Boiler Plant Gate & Fence Repair project here at the Salem VA Medical Center, Salem, Virginia. FAR 36.204 (a) magnitude of construction is less than $25,000.00 NAICS CODE: 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors Size Standard: $19 Million This solicitation is anticipated to be a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Solicitation material will be available on/about May 14, 2024. Any specifications, drawings and amendments will be posted on this web site. Bids will be due approximately 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. Location and points of contact for site visits will be identified in the solicitation.
