The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Seeks Expressions of Interest for 10,000 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of Medical Office space for a Wilmington CBOC located inWilmington, North Carolina The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease a maximum 10,000 RSF of Existing medical Office space to provide Primary Care functions to VA patients in Wilmington, NC. The space located in the delineated area will have functional clinical and Office space required for the staff . Associated with the primary care functions of the space will be all necessary waiting areas, functional corridors, restroom facilities, record functions, and staff support areas. The space must meet accessibility laws in accordance with 4 CFR 101-19.6, App A(Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards).VA seeks for the facility to have at least 30 parking spaces for use by VA as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic. The VA seeks a lease term of 10 years.To receive consideration, submitted properties must be located within the following area described below, which is bound by the following roads, or must front on any of the following boundary lines: Delineated area will consist of the City limits including the business districts of Wilmington NC Interested offers must submit the address, property description, available square footage, available parking and photographs.
