This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Solicitation, 36C24623Q1340, will be issued on or about 01 September 2023. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Richmond VA Medical Center, Richmond, VA has a requirement for Solid Waste Recycling Removal services. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to provide Solid Waste Recycling Removal Services at the Richmond VA Medical Center, Richmond, VA. Requirement is expected to have a Period of Performance from 10/01/2023-09/30/2024 with 4 option years included.    This acquisition is set aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS Code is 562111 with a size standard of $47 million. All correspondence and responses shall be via e-mail to stephen.nassan@va.gov .
