The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified potential offerors. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Durham Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 508 Fulton Street, Durham, NC 27705, is seeking potential sources capable of providing Sky Walk Pressure Washing Services. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561790 - Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings, Size Standard $9 Million. The Contractor shall provide all transportation, materials, parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision, quality control, and technical expertise to pressure wash and clean the overhead skywalk, inside and outside, from Garage A to Building 1. This is a turn-key request with the Contractor providing all the equipment and performing all the work.
