The Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center is seeking potential sources to provide COMPLETE MAINTENANCE SERVICES WITH WARRANTY EXTENSION up to the life of the contract for the Central Virginia VA Health Care System (CVVAHCS) in Richmond, VA. Warranty must be from the manufacturer or local manufacturer authorized reseller for previously purchased Kaeser Compressor system. Scope: Provide preventative maintenance and 5-year warranty extension for the previously installed Kaeser Compressor system. i) Equipment to be serviced: (1) CSG 70-2A Dry Running Screw (a) G-680 Oil Type (b) 9025407 EMR (2) KCF 100 Condensate Management System (3) Eco-Drain 31 Drain Trap ii) Maintenance Schedule: (1) Annual inspection of complete system (2) Annual Service of compressed air station; including condensate management system and drain trap. (3) Annual Service of KAD 260 (Desiccant Dryer) w/filter package service (4) 6000-hour service interval of Dry Running Screw The NAICS code for this procurement is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (Except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance and the Size Standard is $12.5 Million. Period of Performance shall commence on the date of award and continue for one base year (twelve (12) months), unless terminated earlier pursuant to the terms of this contract. This contract also includes four (4) additional twelve (12) month option periods to extend the contract if exercised by the Government.
