The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. This solicitation is issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside, GWAC and Firm-fixed Price. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541519, with a small business size standard of 150 Employees. The Richmond VA Medical Center, 1201 Broad Rock Blvd, Richmond, VA 23249 has a request to purchase a Brand-Name or Equal Intelligent Cabinet w/o Riser to house their tissue and implant tracking software used to manage the par levels of inventory and reorder at appropriate times and monitor the usage of products. Solicitation is expected to be issued on or before August 9, 2023. This is a Brand Name or Equal Solicitation. The offeror is submitting the Brand-Name or equal product including all technical specification/documentation to prove equal status. If you have an equal product that can be used for the request. Please included the specification of your components. The vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed medical supplies, medical equipment, and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment (i.e. replacement parts), verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM, such that the OEM s warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. All software licensing, warranty and service associated with the medical supplies, medical equipment, and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose quote represents the lowest price acceptable for the government. Quotations shall be received no later than 1PM EST on August 11, 2023. Late submissions shall be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1(f) and will not be evaluated.
