The Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center is seeking potential sources to provide small package Courier services for the Hampton VA Medical Center in Hampton, VA, and all outpatient clinics at the Virginia Beach CBOC, Chesapeake CBOC, Portsmouth CBOC, and the Albermarle APOC in NC. Scope: Contractor will provide all transportation, labor, and materials to provide courier services to and from the Hampton VA Medical Center (HVAMC), outlying CBOCs, and clinics associated with the HVAMC. Domestic Express Small Package Delivery The contractor shall provide Domestic Express delivery services point to point to and from Zip Codes in various zones and locations. Small package is defined as any individual package weighing 50 lbs. or less. Domestic Ground Package Delivery The contractor shall provide Ground point to point delivery for individual packages weighing 50 lbs. or less to and from all Zip Codes in various zones and locations. The NAICS code for this procurement is 492110 (Couriers and Express Delivery Services) and the Size Standard in number of employees is 1,500. Period of Performance is One Base Year.
