Good Day, The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 on behalf of Durham VA Medical Center is conducting Market Research through this sources sought notice to help determine the availability of qualified Businesses, registered under NAICS code 493110 General Warehousing and Storage, capable of providing 3,000 square foot of warehouse storage within 30 miles of 508 Fulton St., Durham, NC 27705. The warehouse bay will be required to be climate controlled, with bathroom access, have wifi, and forklifts available. The anticipated lease will be 6 months with an option to extend for another 6 months. If the contractor can provide the above services, please indicate in your response that the above requirements can be met and provide your companies socioeconomic status. The capability statements received from this market research are for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy.
