Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 has a need for the Interior and Exterior Painting. The contractor shall provide all transportation, material hardware and parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision and technical expertise to provide the services. The solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13. Place of Performance: Hunter Holmes McGuire VAMC, 1201 Broad Rock Blvd. Richmond VA. 23249 Period of Performance: Period of Performance for the resultant contract will be a Base contract beginning July 1, 2023 31 Aug 2023 strict accordance with all schedules, specification, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a SDVOSB set-aside. The applicable NAICS is 238320, Painting and wall covering contractor. Maintenance with a size standard of $19 Million. This requirement will be solicited as a SDVOSB set aside. Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. A formal Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about 7 June 2023 via Contract Opportunities website via SAM.gov. All potential offerors are responsible for monitoring and downloading all documents including amendments at the SAM.gov website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
