Page 84 of 84 Solicitation Number: 36C24623Q0875 Notice Type: Pre-Solicitation Synopsis: VA Pre-Solicitation Notice for VISN 06, PACS Addition The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 06), Hampton, VA on behalf of Fayetteville VA Medical Center intends to solicit proposals from contractors who can provide the services requested by this solicitation. This pre-solicitation announcement publicizes the Department of Veterans Affairs future intent, to solicit for Physical Access Control Systems addition to three (3) doors located in the Radiology Department at the Fayetteville VAMC. The VA anticipates issuing this solicitation via Open market. The VA will accept quotes for this solicitation with a closing date of 07/03/2023. The solicitation will be available for download from http://www.sam.gov . Interested offerors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to offerors about the quote submission process. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the FBO or Contract Opportunities website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. Quotes will be evaluated for award. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database under the applicable NAICS Code. Firms may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov . To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in SAM. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit the SAM website and register as soon as possible. NAICS Code is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors with a small business size standard of $19 M. The classification code is N063. This requirement will be solicited on a competitive basis. There is an anticipation of a single award from this solicitation, which will be made commensurate with the needs of Fayetteville VA Medical Center. All responsible sources may submit proposals. The VA will consider for evaluation only quotes from sources found to be responsive and responsible. The VA will only consider quotes from offerors who are factory certified installer of Software House CCURE9000 and have factory trained technicians capable of performing the installation and commission of all components needed to complete the job.
