Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 has a need for TempTrak Equipment Calibration Service Agreement. The contractor shall provide all transportation, material hardware and parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision and technical expertise to provide the services. The solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13. Place of Performance: Hampton VA Medical Center 100 Emancipation Drive, Hampton VA 23667. Period of Performance: Period of Performance for the resultant contract will be a Base Plus 4 option periods of one year beginning June 1, 2023 31 Mar 2028 n strict accordance with all schedules, specification, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a SDVOSB set-aside. The applicable NAICS is 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $34 Million. This requirement will be solicited as a SDVOSB set aside. Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. A formal Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about 9 May 2023 via Contract Opportunities website via SAM.gov. All potential offerors are responsible for monitoring and downloading all documents including amendments at the SAM.gov website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
