Market Research is being conducted to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(a), Woman Owned Small Business or HUBZone interests. NAICS CODE 811219 capable vendors are welcome. The Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) is trying to determine whether to set-aside a acquisition to provide TempTrak calibration for the devices located the Hampton VAMC Chesapeake CBOC, Virginia Beach CBOC, Portsmouth CBOC and Albemarle VA Clinic VAMC. The scope of the acquisition includes but is not limited to: The Contractor is required to calibrate TempTrak devices on an annual basis per device specifications. Equipment The Contractor will provide its own calibration equipment and devices. 350 EA 10665 On-Site Calibration - NIST/ISO 17025 Pre-existing Transmitters / Probes (Min 12) 60 EA 10665-HT On-Site NIST / ISO17025 Calibration - Temp / Humidity (12 Minimum) - (not included with free I-Care calibrations) 5 EA 10665-032-UL On-Site NIST Calibration - Ultra Low Probes (12 324.340 1 1,621.70 (minimum) - (not included with free I-Care calibrations) If your company is interested in performing these services, please notify our office of your intent. In response, please include the following: (a) a positive statement of your intent to submit a bid as a prime contractor (capability statement); (b) evidence of experience in work similar in type and scope to include contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts, points of contact and telephone numbers; (c) past performance references with points of contact and phone numbers. At least two (2) references are requested, but more are desirable. Responses to this notice should also identify whether or not the firm falls into any of the socioeconomic categories listed above.
