The offeror is submitting the Brand-Name or Equal product including all technical specification/documentation to prove equal status. The vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed medical supplies, medical equipment, and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment (i.e. replacement parts), verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM, such that the OEM s warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. All software licensing, warranty and service associated with the medical supplies, medical equipment, and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. The Government will make an award to the lowest prices offeror who meets the technical requirements and acceptability resulting from this RFQ. All question and concerns can be address on or before April 04, 2023. Quotations shall be received no later than 12:00 PM EST on April 05, 2023. Late submissions shall be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1(f) and will not be evaluated.
