The offeror is submitting the Brand-Name or Equal product including all technical specification/documentation to prove equal status. The vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed medical supplies, medical equipment, and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment (i.e. replacement parts), verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM, such that the OEM s warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. All software licensing, warranty and service associated with the medical supplies, medical equipment, and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose quote represents the lowest price acceptable for the government. Quotations shall be received no later than 12:00 PM EST on March 27, 2023. Late submissions shall be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1(f) and will not be evaluated.
