The Department of Veterans Affairs will be soliciting for vendors who can Replace a Gate System on Delivery Drive of the Central VA Veteran s Health Care System, formerly Hunter Holmes McGuire Medical Center, in Richmond, VA. Vendor shall supply all parts, materials, labor, and personnel to install one, 8 H x 14 W Industrial Grade, 3 Rail, Aluminum Ornamental Cantilever Sliding Gate. In addition, vendor will supply a total of two additional gates, one for the left side and one for the right side. This will be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work included in the solicitation. A Request for Quote will be issued on 31 March 2023. The Period of Performance is for One Job, beginning on, or around, 12 April 2023 through 30 September 2023. To be eligible for award, the contractor must be registered in the SAM database at http://www.sam.gov. The Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center is seeking potential sources to provide BACK GATE REPLACEMENT services for the Central Virginia VA Health Care System (CVVAHCS) in Richmond, VA: Scope: The Contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to deliver and install one, fully functional gate. Contractor will also provide a New Gate with Hardware and two, 2, Spare Gates for future use.
