The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), The Durham Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 508 Fulton St, Durham, NC27705 will be soliciting offers for Uninterrupted Power Supply Maintenance and Services. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, supplies, management and supervision necessary to perform Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. A request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24623Q0429 will be issued on or about March 1, 2023. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is March 15, 2023 through March 14, 2024 for the base period, with four (3) one (1) year renewal options that can be exercised by the Government. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award; contractors may obtain SBA information at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/. The applicable NAICS Code is 335999 All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing with a Business Size Standard of 500 employees. The classification code is J059. The solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted.
