The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), The Salem, VA Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 1970 Roanoke Blvd, Salem, VA 24153 will be soliciting offers for Aortic Balloon Pumps maintenance and service. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, supplies, management, and supervision necessary to perform Maintenance and Repair Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. A request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24623Q0408 will be issued on or about March 09, 2023. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is March 17, 2023 through March 16, 2024 for the base period, with four (4) one (1) year renewal options that can be exercised by the Government. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process.
