The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), W.G. Bill Hefner VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 1601 Brenner Avenue Salisbury, VA 28144, will be soliciting offers for Inventory Bar Scanning. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, supplies, management, and supervision necessary to perform Inventory Bar Scanning in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. Items found without a bar code or found unreadable and/or illegible shall require Contractor to apply a generic bar code label and collect pertinent information regarding the equipment. A Pertinent equipment information includes the following: § Room location § Department/Service § Brief Description § Manufacturer § Manufacturer Equipment Name § Model Number § Serial Number A request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24623Q0345 will be issued on or about February 8, 2023. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is March 1, 2023, through February 28, 2024, or the base period, with four (2) one (1) year renewal options that can be exercised by the Government. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award; contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 923140 Administration of Veteran s Affairs with a Small Business Size Standard of $7.5 million. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Services Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
