Q: Do you accept CPARs evaluations as additional Past Performance information? A: Yes  Q: Regarding specific employees information: It is common practice for small businesses that the drivers, cars and other equipment used for a contract are not sourced until after an award has been made, for cost effectiveness and to reduce loss. However, we will be forwarding our standard Training Certificates-Procedures for your reference, is this information acceptable? A: Yes, this would be acceptable information. Q: Regarding evaluation factors for the price Volume: we usually like to provide a Pricing realism cost break-down, to include SCA minimum per year, the number of drivers, hours and miles that are estimated to be required for performance, and other costs. Is it acceptable that we forward this Pricing Realism chart with our Price response? A: This is a firm-fixed price contract; therefore, that information is not required. Q: Is the blue sheet saying it's 1 trip per year? Based on the 1 EA? Normally courier contracts have a number of trips per year or are you looking for how much 1 trip cost for each of those locations? Then once you see how much one trip is a quantity is then provided? A: Yes, the EA is estimating the number of trips per year. Please quote the specific trip as the number of times the trip is needed is variable.
