The Charles George Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) located at 1100 Tunnel Road Asheville, NC 28805 has a requirement for a contractor to provide Mold Abatement services. The Contractor shall provide all materials necessary to fulfill the services for the Asheville VA Medical Center. This is a Pre-solicitation only. Interested contractors should watch for the issuance of the solicitation which will have specific instructions and requirements associated with this procurement. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about January 6, 2023. In accordance with Public Law, P.L. 109-461, this is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside. The NAICS Code for this procurement 238290 Elevator Installation size standard of $16.5 million. All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) and verified as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) in (VIP) https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ Vendor prior to submitting a Quote.
