The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), The Salem, VA Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 1970 Roanoke Blvd., Salem, Virginia 24153 will be soliciting offers for Chiller Maintenance and Repair Services. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, supplies, management and supervision necessary to perform Chiller Maintenance and Repair Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. A request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24623Q0245 will be issued on or about December 15, 2022. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023 for the base period, with four (4) one (1) year renewal options that can be exercised by the Government. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award; contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automobile and Electronic) Repair and maintenance with a Business Size Standard of $8 million. The classification code is S201. The solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Contract Opportunity website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
