Page 2 of 2 INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Alliant Healthcare Products, 2140 Oak Industrial Drive NE Grand Rapids, MI 49505. The procurement is for Olympus American Inc. endoscopes will allow the Richmond VAMC Gastrointestinal Department to replace end of life/aging scopes to allow practitioners to access and view sections of the gastro anatomy. This acquisition is for a firm-fixed-price, one-time buy. Equipment to be purchased: nine Olympus curvilinear gastroscopes, two Ultra-Slim scope, seven Evis Exera III HDs, two Colonoscope Curvilinear scopes, and two slim colonoscope with dual focus.
