The Contractor will respond and be On-Site ready to deliver services at the requested service time . The Contractor and their employees shall possess and maintain all required Department of transportation requirements for the appropriate registration, licensure, and insurance requirements of the State of Registration to operate a commercial vehicle for the delivery of medical and/or other gases. The Contractor shall bear all expenses associated with all licensure requirements. The Contractor shall provide proof of insurance and personnel qualifications. The Contractor and their employees shall possess and maintain a Commercial Driver s Licenses (CDL) and hazardous materials endorsement license registration certification and meet all local, State and Federal regulations while operating a commercial vehicle in performance of this contract.
