The Hampton Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) located at 100 Emancipation Dr, Hampton, VA 23667 has a requirement for a contractor to provide Mold Abatement services. The Contractor shall provide all materials necessary to fulfill the services for the Hampton VA Medical Center. This is a Pre-solicitation only. Interested contractors should watch for the issuance of the solicitation which will have specific instructions and requirements associated with this procurement. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about December 21st, 2022. In accordance with Public Law, P.L. 109-461, this is a 100% SB set-aside. The NAICS Code for this procurement 562910 Remediation Services size standard of $22.0 million. All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) and verified as a Small Business (SB) Vendor prior to submitting a Quote. The purp... This Sources Sought Notice is for the Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) to determine sources for MOLD AND ASBESTOS ABATEMENT SERVICES. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified businesses. This is not a request for bids, quotes, or proposals. All responsible sources must submit a capability statement addressing its capabilities, capacity, and location which shall be considered by the agency. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.
