PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Project 658-20-105 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Salem, Virginia has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials and supervision necessary to completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for 658-22 103 Upgrade Elevators Phase II project as required by accompanying drawings and specifications/documents for the elevators to be upgraded are P1 and P2 in building 2, and P1 and P2 in building 2A at the Salem VA Medical Center (VAMC), Salem, Virginia. NAICS CODE: 238290 Other Building Equipment Contractors (Elevator Installation SBA Size Standard: $22.0 Million This solicitation is anticipated to be a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Solicitation material will be available on/about March 24, 2023. Any specifications, drawings and amendments will be posted on this web site.
