PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Repair D-Wing Roof The Department of Veterans Affairs, 2300 Ramsey St., Fayetteville, North Carolina has a requirement for a contractor to replace all roof areas designated on the provided design and per provided specifications. This includes lightning protection work for the Fayetteville VAMC. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about November 18, 2022. Bids will be accepted commencing with the issuance date of the solicitation. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from the www.beta.sam.gov website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the bid submission process. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the www.beta.sam.gov website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and in VetBiz database if applicable (VetBiz registration is required for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses or Veteran Owned Small Businesses) under the applicable NAICS.
