PRESOICITATION NOTICE Project 590-20-102, Install OR Isolation Power Critical Panels General Scope: Work includes, but is not limited to, general construction, alterations, architectural, and electrical work. The contractor shall provide the equipment, supervision, and expertise required to perform general construction, alterations, removal of existing structures and construction debris as per contract drawings and specifications for the Operating Rooms located in Building 110A, at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Hampton, VA 23667. Estimated construction magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 NAICS CODE: 238210 Size Standard: $16.5 Million This solicitation is anticipated to be full and open competition. The solicitation will be open to all business types. Solicitation material will be available on or about March 7, 2022. Any specifications, drawings, and amendments will be posted on this web site.
