PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Project 590-20-102, Install OR Isolation Power Critical Panels General Scope: Work includes, but is not limited to, general construction, alterations, architectural, and electrical work. The contractor shall provide the equipment, supervision, and expertise required to perform general construction, alterations, removal of existing structures and construction debris as per contract drawings and specifications for the Operating Rooms located in Building 110A, at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Hampton, VA 23667. Estimated construction magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 NAICS CODE: 238210 Size Standard: $16.5 Million This solicitation is anticipated to be a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Solicitation material will be available on/about October 25, 2021. Any specifications, drawings and amendments will be posted on this web site. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. Location and points of contact for site visits will be identified in the solicitation. A date for the site visit will be specified in the solicitation when issued. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for proposals.
