This is a sources sought announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified potential offerors. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government is not obligated to nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought synopsis request. This notice shall not be construed as commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The Government will in no way be bound to this information if any solicitation is issued. Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 100 Emancipation Dr., Hampton, Virginia 23667, is seeking potential sources capable to provide Critical Water Testing. Applicable NAICS Code is 541380 with a size standard of $16.5 million. Classification code is F103. Contractor shall furnish all supplies, materials, equipment, personnel/labor, and technical supervision necessary to: Conduct monthly drinking water analysis for seven (7) Heterotrophic Plate Count (HPC) samples. Provide quarterly drinking water analysis for seven (7) Total Organic Carbon (TOC) samples. Provide annual analysis for a variety of annually required drinking water samples to include: Iron, Copper, Manganese, Chlorides, and Hardness. Contractor s laboratory must be within 15 miles of Hampton VA Medical Center. Responses to this sources sought notice should include the following: 1. Company Name and Unique Entity ID 2.
