The Department of Veterans Affairs, Hampton VA Medical, Hampton, VA has a requirement for Critical Water Testing at the Hampton VAMC. Period of performance will be for a base period of one year with four option years. This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB). Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 100 Emancipation Dr., Hampton, Virginia 23667, is seeking potential sources capable to provide Critical Water Testing. Applicable NAICS Code is 541380 with a size standard of $16.5 million. Classification code is F103. Contractor shall furnish all supplies, materials, equipment, personnel/labor, and technical supervision necessary to: Conduct monthly drinking water analysis for seven (7) Heterotrophic Plate Count (HPC) samples. Provide quarterly drinking water analysis for seven (7) Total Organic Carbon (TOC) samples. Provide annual analysis for a variety of annually required drinking water samples to include: Iron, Copper, Manganese, Chlorides, and Hardness.
