The Department of Veteran s Affairs will solicit for vendors capable to provide On-Site Document Shredding and Document Destruction Services for the Central Virginia VA Health Care System (CVVHCS) in Richmond, VA and six (6), Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC). CBOCs are in Fredericksburg, Emporia, Charlottesville, and Henrico. The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform on-site shredding and disposal of all sensitive paper materials and media destruction as defined in the Performance Work Statement, PWS, except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. Service must be done in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal guidelines. A request for quote, RFQ, will be issued on Tuesday, October 11, 2022. Period of Performance is for one base year plus four, 4, option years to begin November 1, 2022. To be eligible for award, the prospective contractor must be registered in SAM database at http://www.sam.gov and comply with the Evaluation for Basis of Award. If you are an SDVOSB, VOSB or small business and plan on subcontracting, please provide a plan to show how your company will provide 51% of the work being performed. The North American Industry Classification Code, NAICS, is 561990 (All Other Support Services), Product Service Code is R614 (Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment) and the Size Standard is $14.5 Million.
