The Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center is seeking potential sources to provide ANNUAL HORCHER LIFT PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE services for the Charles George VA Medical Center in Asheville, NC. The Contractor will provide all transportation, material hardware and parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision, and technical expertise to conduct Annual Horcher Lift Preventive Maintenance Inspection for 139 Horcher Ceiling Lifts which includes various configurations in buildings 47 & 62, Charles George VA Medical Center, Asheville NC., Hickory CBOC, Franklin CBOC and Rutherfordton CBOC. Specific Requirements: The Contractors work shall include, but not be limited to: Vendor will inspect lifts. Repair needs will be brought to the attention of VAMC personnel. If authorized, vendor will proceed to repair at additional charge for parts and labor. Service will include inspection all units (139 ea. Horcher Ceiling Lifts) of various configurations. Vendor will inspect tracking, perform weight test, change lifts straps and complete VA authorized checklist. Vendor will provide personnel trained and certified to perform all requirements, including preventative maintenance on Horcher Lifts. When completed, notify the COR and POC to inspect and accept all accomplished work. Provide the COR all documentation and warranty information concerning installed components/equipment and work accomplished. Ensure all invoicing documents are submitted in-accordance with the instructions provided in the formal contract. Period of Performance will be for one base year plus four option years beginning October 1, 2022, with an ultimate end of September 30, 2027. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238290, Other Building Equipment Contractors and the Size Standard is $16.5 Million.
