The Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center is seeking potential sources to provide DOCUMENT SHREDDING services for the Central Virginia VA Health Care System (CVVAHCS) in Richmond, VA, and six (6) community outpatient facilities. Locations are as follows: Central Virginia VA Health Care System (CVVHCS),1201 Broad Rock Blvd. Richmond, Virginia 23249 Fredericksburg at Southpoint CBOC, 10401 Spotsylvania Avenue, Suite 300, Fredericksburg, VA 22408 Fredericksburg Mary Washington CBOC, 130 Executive Center Parkway, Fredericksburg, VA 22401 Massaponax CBOC, VA Clinic, 4830 Southpoint Drive, Fredericksburg, VA 22407 Emporia CBOC, VA Outpatient Clinic, 1746 East Atlantic St., Emporia, VA 23847 Charlottesville CBOC, 590 Peter Jefferson Parkway, 2nd Floor, Suite 250 Charlottesville, VA 22911 Henrico CBOC, 7702 East Parham Road, Parham Doctors Hospital, MOB III, Suite 201, Richmond, VA 23294 This contract must be flexible to add new/additional CBOS s during the base + 4 year period. Scope: The CVVHCS requires services to shred and dispose of all sensitive paper materials and media destruction. Media Destruction includes floppies, tapes, DVD s, CD s, VHS, VIC cards, printer ribbons, memory cards, super disks, 35mm film and x-rays. The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles and other items and services necessary to perform shredding services at the CVHCS to include the Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) located in Fredericksburg (Southpoint, Mary Washington and Massaponax), Emporia, Henrico and Charlottesville, VA. Confidential materials shall be handled according to applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561990, All Other Support Services and the Size Standard is $14.5 Million. Period of Performance will be for one base year plus four option years beginning October 1, 2022, with an ultimate end of September 30, 2027.
