Page 2 of 2 The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 has a need for Exhaust Fan Motor Replacement. The Contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to provide as needed by RICVAMC. The solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13. Place of Performance: Hunter Holmes Veterans Affairs Medical Center Richmond Virginia 23249 Period of Performance: Period of Performance for the resultant contract will be September 1, 2022 September 30, 2022 in strict accordance with all schedules, specification, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is not a set-aside. The applicable NAICS is 811412, Appliance Repair and maintenance with a size standard of $16.5 Million. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% SDVOSB set aside. . Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. A formal Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about August 16, 2022, via SAM.gov All potential offerors are responsible for monitoring and downloading all documents including amendments at the SAM.gov website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
