Information collected during this Sources Sought may be used in a set aside. If a solicitation is issued, the Government will do so in accordance with Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 339112. The NAICS size is 1000 employees. Any contractor that believes they are capable and desires to claim preference for small business status must be registered with the SBA at http://web.sba.gov/pro-net/ and meet the requirements of FAR 19.102. Any contractor that believes they are capable and desires to claim preference for veteran owned small business status must be registered with the VIP at https://vetbiz.va.gov/ as an SDVOSB or VOSB. A Contractor that proposes to provide a supply that is not manufactured by their organization (nonmanufacturer) shall meet the requirements of FAR 19.102(f). SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS NBI Technology Video System Must have Narrow Band Imaging Technology to see bladder tumor margins during the use of special video flexible cystoscopes to investigate the bladder (diagnostic) and then attach special urology camera head to processor for treatment of bladder tumors resection in the Operating Room. Light source and video processor must be all in one unit machine, not 2 separate components. NBI camera heads much be pendulum style and rotate during procedure. The video scope must be high-definition imaging with NBI capability and have a variable stiffness shaft for scope maneuverability, and a tapered tip with smooth edges for enhanced patient comfort.
