This is a sources sought announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified potential offerors. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government is not obligated to nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought synopsis request. This notice shall not be construed as commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The Government will in no way be bound to this information if any solicitation is issued. Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 100 Emancipation Dr., Hampton, Virginia 23667, is seeking potential sources capable to replace the Hazardous Waste Shed. Applicable NAICS Code is 562112 with a size standard of $41.5 million. Classification code is S222. Contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, equipment, transportation, personnel/labor, and technical supervision necessary to remove standing water from the basin of the hazardous waste building, dismantle the hazardous waste building, dispose of the dismantled building and collected water responsibly, and reinstall a new hazardous waste building that provides the same functionality, capabilities and footprint as the existing building.
