This software is for the quality assurance and tracking of endoscope reprocessing on a central server. No patient data will be stored or created; however, the software will facilitate traceability if needed. Unique characteristics that limit availability to only one source, with the reason no other supplies or services can be used: The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Cantel Medical Corp. (DBA Medivators Inc.) was contacted for information regarding authorized resellers and confirmed that although the software and license can be sold by resellers, the installation must be done by Medivators employees only. Description of market research conducted and results or statement why it was not conducted: After reviewing the results of VIP, Contract Directory, and GSA searches, and due to the proprietary nature of the required items and mandatory installation by Medivators Inc. employees, it has been determined that this procurement can only be provided by Cantel Medical Corp. (Large Business, DBA Medivators Inc.).
