This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal quotes. Solicitation, 36C24622Q0476, will be issued on or about August 05, 2022. The Department of Veterans Affairs requires whole Facility Rekey Services for Durham Veterans Medical Center (VAMC). The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to perform Facility Rekey Services for Durham VAMC. The period of performance for the resultant contract 08/25/2022 to 08/24/2023 and will be in strict accordance with all schedules, specification, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The applicable NAICS Code is 238990, Other Building Equipment Contractors with a size standard of $16.5 Million and corresponding PSC code is Z2AA, Repair or Alteration of Office Buildings.
