The Hampton VA Medical Center, Hampton, Virginia is issuing this source sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for Replace Roofs Fascia Various Buildings project # 590-18-121. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 238160 Roofing Contractors. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing roofs, remediation of hazardous materials, and installation of new roofs as required by drawings and specifications. Work includes, but is not limited to, general construction and alterations for the project which consists of the replacement of roofs (SBS, TPO, Slate Shingle and Asphalt Shingled Roofing Systems), facia boards, decorative trims, soffits, and gutter systems. There are also metal structures frames and the ceilings/roofs for the Fishing Shacks that need to be refinished. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME.
