Are CPARS evaluation acceptable instead of Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQ)? Yes, CPARS evaluations are an acceptable to replace Past Performance questionnaires (PPQ). 2. If PPQ s are required we will change the project information shown on attachment B to reflect this project. The return date to Guy K. Brooks on attachment B is shown as September 3, 2020. What date should we indicate in our cover letter? The correct date on Attachment B is July 6, 2022 @ 3:30 PM EDT (See attachment B). 3. The selection criteria indicates the area of consideration is 300-mile driving radius between offeror principal business location and the Hampton VA. Is 300 mile driving radius from a branch office of the offeror acceptable? Yes, a branch office within the 300 mile driving radius is acceptable (Annotate the branch location to include address for verification).
