The contractor shall furnish 24-hour Wheelchair Vans Services for the Beneficiary Travel eligible Veterans of the Fayetteville, NC VA Coastal Healthcare System on an as needed basis, and for patients with the regular standing appointments at either the VAMC or private facilities in the community. The solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.5. The contractor shall be responsible for securing all manufacturers information, data, procedures, and any other information necessary to conduct calibration.
