The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 6 requires Semi-Annual Chemical Fume Hoods, Bio Cabinets, Laminar Flow Certification Services for Durham Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, and all materials necessary to perform preventive maintenance, repair and certification on the chemical fume hoods/biological safety cabinets and Laminar Flow devices and assess the Primary Environmental Controls for the associated spaces where aforementioned equipment is located in the Durham Veterans Affairs Health Care System. The frequency of the preventative maintenance and certification is semi-annual. VA Medical Center (VAMC) Durham 508 Fulton Street Durham, NC 27705 The period of performance for the resultant contract will be a base year and four (4) optional years of service in accordance with all schedules, specification, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation.
