The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO 6), intends to solicit a request for quote (RFQ) to qualified Small Businesses for Laundry Ventilation blowdown cleaning services in Richmond, VA. The period of performance will be March 1, 2022 and February 28, 2023 plus four 12 month option years may be considered. Responses to this notice will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be incurred by interested parties in responding to this pre-solicitation notice. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about February 21, 2022, with a closing date for proposals on or about February 25, 2022. The solicitation will be available for download from http://www.fbo.gov. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, as no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide full information to contractors about the proposal submission process. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the FBO website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments.
