The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 6 requires Sterile Processing Water Testing Services for Salem Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The contractor is to provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to Surgical Instrument Sharpening Services for the identified facilities located below (locations may change): Salem VA Medical Center (VAMC) 1970 Roanoke Blvd Salem, VA 24153 The period of performance for the resultant contract will have a base period with the opportunity for 4 additional option years in accordance with all schedules, specification, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB). The applicable NAICS Code is 811219 with a size standard of $22.0 Million and corresponding PSC code is Q999.
