The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 6, Hampton VA 23667, intends to negotiate a Sole Source Firm-Fixed Price contract for F-18 Pylarify (piflufolastat F 18) nuclear medicine radiotracer and associated delivery required by Durham VA Medical Center. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1)(B) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source. This is not a request for competitive offers and no solicitation is available. Market research has determined that these supplies are highly specialized are only available from a single source without an unacceptable delay or duplication of cost and no other type of supplies will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to award the contract with an effective date of January 19, 2021 to Progenics Pharmaceuticals, Inc., 331 Treble Cove Rd., Billerica, MA 01862. This is a Sole Source requirement to satisfy the minimum requirements of Durham VA Medical Center.
