The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, on behalf of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Asheville, North Carolina intends to solicit a quote for Temporary Patient Lodging Services. This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns and the prescribed Period of Performance is March 1, 2022 – February 28, 2023 plus 4 Option Years. Responses to this notice will not be considered as quotes, nor will any award be incurred by interested parties in responding to this pre-solicitation notice. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on December 21, 2021. The solicitation will be available for download from beta.SAM.gov. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, as no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide full information to contractors about the quote submission process. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the beta.SAM.GOV website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments.
